Abbey Ruland, PA

Abbey was raised on a cattle ranch just North of Bismarck, ND. She attended the University of Montana in Missoula, MT for her undergraduate degree, majoring in Communication with a Biology Minor. She also was a member of the track and field team, throwing the shot put, discus, and hammer throw. She then attended the University of Nebraska medical center in Omaha, NE for her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She began practicing at MCMC in January of 2013, spent about a year in 2018-2019 at the Trinity Clinic in New Town and returned to MCMC in October of 2019. She and her husband along with their two daughters and son raise cattle outside of Ross, ND. Her hobbies include showing cattle, coaching track, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
